Isabel – Practice Manager
Isabel is a dedicated and proactive Practice Manager with eight years of experience at The Sydney Ear Nose and Throat Clinic. She is passionate about creating a seamless and supportive patient experience, ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care.
Isabel excels in staff management, clinic operations, and workflow optimization, allowing the practice to run smoothly while prioritizing patient needs. She fosters strong communication between Dr Crawford and patients, streamlining processes to reduce wait times and enhance overall satisfaction.
With a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Event Management, Isabel brings exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to her role. She is committed to maintaining a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Her ability to manage daily operations with professionalism and empathy makes her an invaluable asset to any medical practice, ensuring the highest standard of care and service.
Lisa – Senior Medical Receptionist
Lisa is our dedicated Senior Medical Secretary, bringing over 16 years of experience across various public hospitals, including management roles within NSW Health.
With a strong background in Health Administration, she is known for her warm and welcoming nature, always available to assist with any questions. Passionate about professional growth, Lisa is career-driven and plans to further her studies this year with a Diploma in Health Leadership and Practice Management.
She is not only highly skilled and dedicated but also bubbly and approachable, with a deep commitment to exceptional customer service. Lisa strives to ensure every patient feels valued, cared for, and supported with warmth and compassion.
Dr Angela Walker
Dr Angela Walker is an anaesthetist who works across St Vincent’s Hospital’s public and private campuses. She also holds appointments at Concord Hospital and Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. She completed her anaesthetic training at Concord Hospital, then undertook her fellowship at St Vincent’s Hospital with a focus on head and neck surgery. Angela is involved in the teaching and mentoring of anaesthetic trainees as a Supervisor of Training at St Vincent’s Hospital and is involved in primary exam preparation for the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

Dr Jennifer Upton
Dr Jennifer Upton is a specialist Consultant Anaesthetist who graduated from medicine at the University of New South Wales in 2003. She obtained her fellowship in Anaesthesia from the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2011 and obtained Merit Awards in both the Primary and Fellowship Examinations. Dr Upton subsequently completed a fellowship in Paediatric Anaesthesia at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
Dr Upton specializes in anaesthesia for adult and paediatric patients. She is employed as a Specialist Anaesthetist at both Prince of Wales and Sydney Children’s Hospitals.

Dr Katherine Gough
Dr Katherine Gough is an Anaesthetist who works across Royal Prince Alfred, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and St Vincent’s Hospitals. Katherine completed her anaesthesia fellowship in ENT, Head and Neck Surgery and Neurosurgery. She has a varied practice with particular interest in complex airway surgery.
In addition to her clinical work, Katherine is a Councillor on the board of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA). As a board member she is involved in governance and training for ANZCA. Katherine is also actively involved in teaching and mentoring anaesthetic trainees across her public hospital appointments.
Dr Andrew Wright
Dr Wright studied medicine at Sydney University and graduated with first class honours in 1995. After internship and residency he undertook anaesthesia training at Concord and St Vincent’s hospitals in Sydney.
He currently has appointments at St Vincent’s and Concord Hospitals as a Visiting Medical Officer. He is currently the ENT module supervisor for Anaesthetic trainees at St Vincent’s hospital.
His interests include difficult airways and anaesthesia for robotic airway surgery and for obstructive sleep apnoea patients.
